Application Instructions
As a concerned citizen you can make a difference. Your membership is vital to the Chamber.
Your membership allows us to promote events and activities for the community and enables the Chamber to actively participate in community causes. With your help we can promote the prosperity of Independence while maintaining the unique way of life we all enjoy.
Applying for membership is an easy five step process:
1. Read these instructions. You can click the "Print this Page" link below to print these instructions.
When ready choose the "Go to the Application Form" link below.
2. Complete the Membership Application form that will be displayed for you.
Choose a membership category and enter the membership fee and category.
3. Click the Print application form "print" button at the bottom of the form.
4. The appliction will be displayed in an Adobe® Reader® window.
5. Click the "Print PDF File" icon in the Adobe Reader menu.
The application form will be printed for you.
Then mail the printed application and membership fee to the Chamber of Commerce. Use the address noted on the printed application.
